I am an independent Career and Executive Coach. I have coached thousands of professionals over nearly 20 years in practice.

I am certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I’ve been mentored by a Master coach, and I have conducted over 2,000 hours of coaching to help people discover their life’s purpose. I’m a qualified administrator (and admitted geek) of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator the Strong Interest Inventory, and the EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment.
I am a Dad and husband, a passionate supporter of equality and diversity, a dog lover and an avid fly fisherman :)
I enjoy seeing my clients find their own wisdom, strength, creativity and resilience. I believe all of my clients are completely capable of addressing their challenges, designing their own lives, and taking healthy actions to create the outcomes they hope for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free consultation (30minutes)
2. Intake session: discuss goals and agree to our process going forward
3. Coaching sessions, with homework!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. MBA from St. Josephs University
2. CELDC Certified (Certified Executive and Leadership Development Coach)
3. PCC: Professional Certified Coach, by the International Coaching Federation
4. Qualified to administer: MBTI (Myers-Briggs), Strong Interest Inventory, TKI Conflict Styles, EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence self-assessment, EQ360
5. Yearly ongoing training is also required to maintain my PCC credential. I love being a lifelong learner :)

How did you get started in this business?
I had my own major career change in my 40s. I learned first-hand how finding your calling results in a lot more than just a new job. I felt like I reclaimed my life. And that's when I knew that nothing could be more fulfilling than to help others discover that for themselves.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! From stay-at-home moms and dads looking to resume their careers, to C-Suite executives. From college students looking to find their first job after school, to retirees seeking meaning and purpose in their "next step" after a working lifetime. I also have a special interest in working with adults with Autism/Aspegers. Part of my practice is dedicated to that specialty.
