I am also well trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which has demonstrated strong efficacy for numerous categories...anxiety/PTSD, bipolar, ADHD, conflict, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask them for their current vision of life and where they want to go. Then we discuss the items holding them back from getting to that vision. This way we can focus on resolving the hurdles and making the desired vision stronger, more realistic, more detailed and profoundly enticing. Clients work towards more behaviors and outcomes that bring sustained life satisfaction instead of revolving around same old life patterns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several Master's Degrees and numerous certifications. The AADC means I am an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and I have equal qualifications for Mental Health issues. I have started a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine, so I understand the intertwined complex nature of healing both body and mind together.
