What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each business is different with different goals, day-to-day operations, and different people. To truly help our clients we need to understand what makes them unique and what separates them from the rest. Once we understand that we can begin crafting a marketing strategy that highlights their unique qualities.

Our team of marketers, writers, and creatives have over 40 combined years of experience along with some formal education mixed in for good measure.

LEO Digital Marketing officially launched in 2019 with the goal of helping small businesses succeed and be seen online without breaking the bank.

We work with a variety of businesses and non-profits. From small 3 people non-profits to large real estate companies.

We recently just announced the opening date for our new office location in Springfield, Ohio.

Look for an agency that will work with you as a team to achieve your goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should consider the price tag compared to the deliverables compared to the value added. A well-crafted landing page and creative ad might cost you $10,000 but if it is going to add $15,000 to your business then it's worth doing.
