What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone or in-person interview to discuss the matter and if we decide to work together we do a retention agreement and begin the case. All my clients have my cell number and can call any time and I make every effort to respond to calls, texts and emails within an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law degree and many hours of continuing education in employment law.
