I am a senior professional who uses a strength based, approach in my work with children, adolescents, and adults. I help build on what persons are already doing to resolve their issues. I bring to the work many years of skills, knowledge, and success. I am intrigued and enchanted by the challenges persons present in the dilemmas they face in life and relationships. I find special pleasure when I can help them find unique ways to resolve their issues.

My belief is that change happens outside of your comfort zone. I am not the smile and nod therapist but rather a person who is not afraid to challenge you to dive deeper. My goal is to help you make lasting changes and stop living in the lies that are holding you back, you know, all those beliefs that are not true about you. I am a hard worker at my core and I expect the very same from my clients.  For therapy to be successful I expect my clients to show up and be willing to work, this will also include “working" outside of sessions.
