"Half Century of Holistic Health Practice for Community & Family Well-Being." It is been my privilege to work successfully with well over 1000 couples, who have taught me a lot about what works best in assisting them in moving their relationships forward to the next level of development. I am very much looking forward to talking with you about how I can be of service! Kind Regards, Don Leake

My belief is that change happens outside of your comfort zone. I am not the smile and nod therapist but rather a person who is not afraid to challenge you to dive deeper. My goal is to help you make lasting changes and stop living in the lies that are holding you back, you know, all those beliefs that are not true about you. I am a hard worker at my core and I expect the very same from my clients.  For therapy to be successful I expect my clients to show up and be willing to work, this will also include “working" outside of sessions. I specialize in working with persons with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, grief/loss, emotion

Our licensed therapists are here to help you and your family. We offer a full range of services by professional counselors for individuals, families, couples, teens, and children. We can help you set and achieve your personal or professional goals, assist you with a life transition, and support you through a crisis.

The people I work with usually know what the “right things” and the “healthy things” are. They don’t understand why they don’t really enjoy their life. They are incredibly logical and feel like they should be happy, should be calm, and should be able to “figure it out”. Instead, they feel overwhelmed, uncomfortable, frustrated, powerless, disappointed, misunderstood, or exhausted. They want to be more efficient, less stressed, and able to feel good about their life. I help millennials reduce their worry, anxiety, or panic attacks while increasing overall satisfaction....

As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working

Therapy is my passion and my calling, not a job. When I am with a client, I am 100% present with them, without expectation or judgment. I see my role as one of listening to understand, guidance, providing an alternative perspective, teaching skills for coping with disordered thing, and assisting clients with reframing their negative perceptions and self talk. I worked many years as a medical clinical social worker in the fields of women's health, cancer, caregiving, and finally serious mental illness in the fields of geriatrics, veterans, trauma, and psychotherapy in general. I took early retirement from the Veterans Medical Center in Clevela...
