I have been working as a Life and Recovery Coach since 2011, I have helped a wide variety of people to define their own journey into recovery. Because I have been where you are, I can meet you with empathy and compassion. Together, you and I will discover where you want your life to go and how you want to get there.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's have a 10-minute call to see where you are in life and I can answer some questions you may have. Then we can set up an appointment to either meet in person, facetime or on the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 16 years of personal experience in recovery. In addition, I am a certified CCAR Recovery Coach, Life Coach, CASAC-T, Nutrition Coach, Harm Reduction trained, CRAFT family coaching, MI, Certified Recovery Specialist, Trained in ARISE interventions, plus 9 years working in the field and in private homes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Hourly based coaching and counseling sessions are $125 per hour. Additional fees apply for in-home sessions, interventions, safe transport, etc. I am happy to discuss what your needs are.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a CCAR sober companion providing 24/7 live in sober support. I entered into the business because I am passionate about living a healthy and sober life and helping others to find their path in recovery

I have worked with individuals and families whose lives have been affected by alcohol, drugs, anxiety, depression and other issues, in today's complex world
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When you are searching for help in recovery, check in with yourself after the first call. Did the person you spoke to give you hope? Did they help you to feel just a little calmer? If the answer is yes, I recommend you make a formal appointment and see what you can do and discover a path together. Life is a wonderful journey and I want you to be there for it!
