I do not take this work and role lightly; I am a certified Life Coach through the Life Coach Training Institute. In addition, I am an educator and clinician-masters degree level, certified in Mental Health First Aid, Peer Advocacy, and Clinical Trauma (CCTP). With over 30 years of experience as a dancer, I have expanded my practice to include mindfulness movement.
In addition to the one on one coaching, I have led mindfulness, dance, and movement workshops facilitated support groups that address trauma, resiliency, postpartum, and self-perception adjustment. I have organized various youth-based workshops that center on healthy relationships, self-esteem, and teen empowerment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I provide a free consultation to allow you the opportunity to gauge whether or not I am the right fit-this is a therapeutic relationship and the journey will not be successful if we are not comfortable working with each other. Once you decide that you want to work with me, I will conduct an assessment, then TOGETHER, we will create your "Grow to Glow" plan that is going to be the foundation of our work together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
