What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

An initial consultation to identify objectives and goals. This is usually done via a video conference call. At the end of this session, the potential client will know if I'm the right coach for them and we will discuss a strategy and session plan to move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years as a business consultant, life and career coaching. Worked with the AARP Foundation's 50+ Back to Work Program as a career coach and workshop facilitator for individuals over 50 returning to the workforce. Dynamic Works Solutions, work as a virtual coach for Workforce and Career Centers across the US, supporting youth and adults in the jobseeker process.
