What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a short 10 to 15 minute phone conversation or virtual video chat to explore if the client and I feel we're a good fit for each other. If so, the client signs up as a client family member by clicking on the link that I texy ot email. It's a secure site where clients are able to schedule appointments, communicate securely, keep a private journal and keep track of their payments and appointments.
