FokusPoint Digital is a talent acquisition consulting firm managed by Jane Baczynski who is a PHR and SHRM-CP certified human resources leader with 20+ years of corporate experience from generalist through to head of talent acquisition roles with global multi-billion dollar firms, medium-sized firms, and start-ups, and across several industries and geographies. Jane has served as a career coach to 100's of happily employed professionals as well as job seekers, most recently she has coached and provided services to dozens of clients during the 2020-2021 pandemic.

The overarching mission is to help clients build their future successfully. I work with each client to provide comprehensive, realistic, and actionable solutions.

• partnering to develop branding toolkits including LinkedIn profiles, resumes, and cover letters, train on LinkedIn best practices, conduct mock interviews, and coach on and assist with job search strategies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Potential customer emails [email protected] to set-up a phone consultation to discuss their situation and needs.

If the customer wants to hire FokusPoint Digital, services and fees are agreed to and an invoice is emailed.

Payment is received and services and solutions are delivered to the customer with follow-ups as needed.

Every customer is treated with exceptional one-on-one service and expertise with continued mentorship, if needed.
