My name is Ashley Schrad and I founded ARose Mental Health, LLC in 2019, when I decided that I was ready to help more people in the community. I have been working in the mental health/behavioral sciences field since 2010. Myself and the other providers have a passion for working with individuals and their families work to a better and healthier version of themselves.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will reach out for services. I will contact them to request more information in what they are looking for. Then I will schedule them for an initial intake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling Degeree.
Several trainings related to the mental health/behavioral sciences field to include: CBT, DBT, EMDR, play therapy, and art therapy approaches.

Consultation (cash pay) $100
Intake Assessment (cash pay) $250 and will accept insurance.
Individual Therapy (cash pay) $205 and will accept insurance.
Family Therapy (cash pay) $205 and will accept insurance.
How did you get started in this business?
I began to work in this field in 2007 when I worked at CRCC. I had a passion for helping others and wanting to engage in working with the client to ensure their skills could be utilized.
