What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I will introduce myself and ask for information that is necessary for a solution. I ask who, what, where, why, and how. Encourage the person to tell me his/her story or situation. I am careful with my verbal and nonverbal behavior. I give practical support to encourage a person and communicate in a way the person can understand. I will keep the information confidential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's in Practical Theology as a preacher and teacher of the word of God. I also have a certificate in Biblical counseling and biblical studies. I have worked in mental health for 10 years as a Health Unit Coordinator.
