About
Hello! I'm a Licensed Psychologist on a mission to offer compassionate, holistic, evidence-based therapy, backed by exceptional training and personal experience. I use a collaborative, client-centered approach to help people struggling with problematic thoughts and feelings develop a different kind of relationship with their fears, their pain, their doubts, their worries, and their urges -- so they can move toward who and what they care about with courage and dignity and build a truly meaningful, satisfying life!
I'm an expert practitioner of mindfulness- and acceptance-based interventions -- including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and NeuroMeditation -- for adolescents and adults struggling with a wide variety of difficulties.
Finding a therapist who's a good fit for you is a very personal decision and such an important one. Because I’m a huge believer in this and want everyone to get the help they deserve, I offer free 15-minute phone consultations, so I can introduce myself, learn more about your unique needs, and answer any questions you may have. Give me a call today!
