About

It is okay to seek professional help. Life can be hard at times and talking to a professional counselor can help you navigate through life's challenges. My goal as a professional counselor is to provide a safe place with no judgment nor bias; help you gain insight about the problems that are hindering you from living your best life possible; address toxic beliefs, thoughts, and patterns of behavior; and implement new ways of coping through life issues.

I have 15 years of experience as a Counselor. I have an Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education and National Certified Counselor credentials from National Board of Certified Counselors. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. I have a heart to serve and help others. I have experience working with couples and individual adults with the following issues:

• Grief & Loss

• Divorce & Infidelity

• Self-esteem, self-care, & self-love

• Stress, anxiety, and depression

• Healing from childhood trauma and abuse

• Pre-Marital Counseling

• Marital Communication issues

• Couples Counseling

I have worked with customers who have issues with any of the following:

     Family issues and Codependency
    • Grief & Loss
    • Divorce
    • Depression (non-clinical)
    • Stress and anxiety (non-clinical)
    • Resolving childhood trauma and abuse
    • Career Counseling
    • Marital Communication issues
    • Marriage & Family Counseling
    • Temperament Therapy

A recent event I am fond of when a client came to my office excited about a goal they had accomplished.

The advice I would give to any customer looking for a counselor is to research the person. Check their credentials and find out if that counselor is a good fit for you. Connection is so important.

Customers should ask themselves what goals they would like to accomplished during counseling.
