About
It is okay to seek professional help. Life can be hard at times and talking to a professional counselor can help you navigate through life's challenges. My goal as a professional counselor is to provide a safe place with no judgment nor bias; help you gain insight about the problems that are hindering you from living your best life possible; address toxic beliefs, thoughts, and patterns of behavior; and implement new ways of coping through life issues.
