About
My passion is in helping children, young people, and adults develop greater self-awareness and ways to regulate heavy feelings. I believe we heal through connections, and counseling provides a safe and supportive space for that to happen. I ensure that my clients feel validated, important, and empowered. In counseling, we work on creating effective boundaries, practicing authentic communication, and learning new ways to care for ourselves.
I'm constantly inspired by the vulnerability and resiliency of my clients. I enjoy helping them gain confidence in their abilities and recognize their potential.
