I have a lot of experience working with adults, teens and children as well as families and couples. I am an LMFT, and can use EMDR In therapy. I have been in practice as an independent practitioner for about 11 years.
I enjoy making connections with people and being a part of the process that allows clients to overcome the challenges that they face.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Complete a Diagnostic Assessment in the first session, then move on to weekly therapy sessions. When clients are ready they can move to an every other week format.

How did you get started in this business?
I was a child protection worker for Hennepin County and wanted something that was providing more help to the clients. I have had a passion for helping and healing for a long time.
