Due to Covid no physical court appearance is possible but you will have to participate in a phone or Zoom hearing to complete your case.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation so you do not pay until we know you are eligible and your case can be successfuly filed. The telephone consultation is free.
Once we answer your questions and we can confirm that you are eligible to file then we start gathering the necessary information by phone and internet
After the paperwork is prepared we meet with you in person so that you can review all documents before they are submitted to Court - and we make any necessary changes.
Bankruptcy fee must be paid in full prior to filing. It can be paid in installments but your case will not be filed untili paid in full.
Bankruptcy hearings are currently by telephone due to Covid. Some hearings are by Zoom. No in person hearings are conducted at Court for now.
We will represent you at the hearing and you will need to answer questions at that hearing.
Typical Chapter 7 bankruptcy takes 3 months from start to finish.
We will make sure all of your questions are answered before we start work and expect payment.

Bankruptcy is a fixed fee. Court filing fee is $338 for Chapter 7 and $313 for Chapter 13 this is the same for all attorneys as this part of the fee is paid to the Court.
Attorney fees depend on the complexity of the case but generally around $1500 with higher fees for business or multiple real estate or other difficult cases.
