I am a clinical social work psychotherapist and I have been trained to use a variety of evidence-based treatment methods to help my clients gain greater self- awareness, heal from past trauma, mend ruptured relationships, build new, healthier relationships, and achieve their personal goals. I have experience providing individual, couples and family therapy in community mental health and private practice settings. I have worked with people of all ages, from young children to older adults, on challenges related to their mental health, relationships, environmental stressors, and many of life’s other challenges. I currently work in private practice with adults of all ages providing individual and couple’s therapy. As your therapist, I will help you to achieve your goals by providing tools and resources for improving symptoms, highlighting your strengths, working with you on self-actualization and self-awareness, and helping empower you, as the expert of your lived experience, to take charge of your life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I have been trained in a variety of evidence-based treatments & use an eclectic & engaged approach tailored to my clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I have a diverse professional background, with experience at a domestic violence shelter supporting women and children, working in local and state policymaking, and advising undergraduate students at the University of Michigan. I earned my Master’s of Social Work degree with a concentration in Clinical Social Work Practice from the University of Washington, Seattle. I provide individual & couples counseling via telehealth or in person at a private practice in Canton, Michigan. I have experience providing therapy in a variety of settings & with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

I accept private pay at a rate of $125-$145 per session. I accept HSA, Venmo, cash, check and all major credit card.
