About this pro

My approach to helping you heal is unique. I am an intuitive listener, listening to understand what is needed for deep, lasting healing. All of my handouts for growth are original and powerful. I will encourage you to write your autobiography so you can see your patterns, both negtive and positive. We will then create a plan to release the negative patterns and accentuate the positive patterns that are working for you.
I love the privilege of walking through the healing process with my clients.
Already over 20 years of healthy outcomes!

I am certified in EMDR therapy. This advanced therapy is safe, quick and highly effective to desensitize and reprocess past traumas and to remove negative beliefs you have about yourself, such as "I am not good enough".

Most people initially call for assistance regarding navigating relationships. I am trained in both IMAGO and Safe Haven Relationship work.  I will teach you how to communicate effectively and to have polarity in your relationship to enhance attraction.
I also employ recovery principles to the healing work that we will be doing.

I love helping you sort, learn and then differentiate your learning while moving forward in the healing process. It is an exceptional journey of trying out new healthy thoughts and behaviors.

What I enjoy the most is helping you learn how to live your life without fear. We make very different decisions in our lives when we do not make them based on fear.

I am looking forward to meeting you!

Vicki is an excellent therapist and a delightful human being! She is easy to talk to, insightful and caring. She is skilled in using EMDR to get to the root of issues and heal traumatic experiences quickly. I highly recommend her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet regularly via HIPAA compliant (highest security) Zoom video for telehealth sessions.

You will identify your feelings and needs and we will develop a plan for you to be able to move toward your goals. Each time we meet, you will identify very specific goals to focus on between sessions. This is how you will continually be progressing toward the life you want, one step at a time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University.

I am certified in S.A.F.E. EMDR therapy which means we have a way to quickly and effectively identify the negative belief that you have about yourself. The negative belief seems true but it is not true and is based on past traumas. We will re-process the traumas via a specific protocol and install a new positive belief about yourself. It is the most researched therapy available. It works!

I enjoy helping others learn about codependency and how to heal from it through education and self care. I am a fan of Melody Beatty and her app called "the language of letting go". I refer to her as your "pocket therapist" and "queen of self-care". We will have fun while you are healing. This journey takes time and energy but is your best investment in yourself and your future.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I accept all major insurance including BCBS, Priority Health, Aetna, Cofinity and ASR.

All others are out of network meaning they will apply toward meeting your out of network deductible.

If you are a private pay client, the initial consultation is $150 and subsequent sessions are $130. This is standard industry pricing.

How did you get started in this business?

Great question! I knew I wanted to do this work when I was 11 years old! I found that others trusted me with their inner most thoughts and for direction in their lives. I initially spent years in the business world and then pursued my masters degree in counseling psychology in my early 30s. I have been blessed to have helped hundreds of people in the last two decades.
