We have all faced stressors of life that causes difficulties at times. I am here to tell you that it takes courage and determination to take the initial step to reach out.
I will approach each session with great care and authenticity. It is my hope that through intentional conversation and listening, you would feel heard, valued, safe, and empowered. I will support you by equipping you with the tools necessary to live life wholeheartedly and with greater wellbeing.
My goal is to help you develop new life skills, uncover the strengths you didn’t even know you had. I will support and encourage you as you learn to manage and let go of emotions that are holding you back and damaging your relationships. I help individuals and families to identify and use their own strengths as well as their weaknesses to recognize their personal goals, dreams and aspirations to effectively develop a plan of action that will lead to their growth and satisfaction. Using the best of cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapies I will help you create a plan to address your needs.
I specialize with students transitioning from high school, work-related issues, career counseling, behavior issues, social skills, relationship concerns/issues, self-esteem, and family conflict. I work with you on problem-solving, setting goals and many other needs.
