What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with welcoming the client to our company. And we said the Person-Centered Planning approach, we have the client identify what they think their greatest problem(s) and or challenges are and start with their personal goals and we start from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ITS provides mental, health and social services to those in need. ITS offers a collaboration of services for everyone, from the elderly to people with disabilities. These services includes Clinical Services, In-Home and Social Services which include Case Management services that can assist with improving your quality of life......
