Learning everyday is important to me. I am too busy, I am too scheduled, I am too lazy, I have other things to do, I don’t need to do that, I’d rather do something else are all too familiar excuses. We all know (or not) what we could be doing or should be doing. Despite having the rational understanding, cognitive awareness, unbiased confirmation we still might not get off our ass and follow through with something new we know will have positive impact on our lives.
My goal is to help you overcome all of these all too familiar excuses and get you on a track of success.
I will provide you with assistance in your journey forward in life.

How did you get started in this business?
I've been working in healthcare for 20 years, been a full time student, father, friend, community memeber and balancing all of these roles often was a challenge. One thing I often desired was someone to help me, a coach, a mentor, a role model to talk to when I was stuck or when I needed support. I found people here and there, but I was at a loss to fine a meaningful connection and support that made me feel good.
I want to be the coach, mentor, role model for people who are moving through life as I did. I want to create the connections and help people achieve their goals. I want to meet people where they are support them as they move along thier path to success.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with organizations, teams, parents, students, veterans, and professionals from varied backgrounds and fields of work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I spoke with a peer who worked in a regional health system. She is new to her role and was not feeling like she was doing her job correctly. I had her run thorugh her day, week, month and describe her process. Ultimatley she was doing the exact things she needed to do. I was able to help her streamline her processes and save time much needed time in her week. We touch base on a monthly basis and she messages me when she is stuck. I enjoy moments like these, when I can be there for somone in a coaching/mentoring role helping them achiee thier goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A connection is important and when I describe a connection it really is a feeling, that feeling you get when a collaboration/relationship just feels right. The coach/mentor should be invested in you and focused on you in the moment you need support.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Tell me about your experiences when you have worked with clients in the past?
Is the process a collaborative one where an exploration of ideas is promoted?
Do they provide a safe space for you to explore and meander through your thoughts?
Can they help you develop a path to follow to achieve your goals?
