What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial phone consult to determine match. Believe it or not, we chose not to work with every company or client. Sometimes we're not the right fit, nor are they the right fit for us.

We can charge per project, per hour, or cost plus fixed fee. We match the project and planned outcomes with the pricing strategy.
How did you get started in this business?
Our prinicpal owner was working in business process reengineering on a large project for the Pentagon. Many of his SMB contacts asked for assistance on their businesses. He ported over his BPR, technological, operational, public relations, marketing, and crisis communications experiences over to an SMB application.
