I have a unique approach of challenging my clients to consider a different way to think of things and a different approach to their lives. I believe that therapy should result in change and progress.
I believe that relationships are the cornerstone of a fulfilled life. Our relationships and our connections with others is the foundation of feeling supported, having a sense of belonging and feeling loved. Everyone I have every worked with has the potential to change their perspective.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consider myself more of a marriage and family coach. I challenge my clients to consider different ways of thinking and exploring relationships and situations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am have a Bachelor's in Psychology, am a Licensed Social Worker and have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Also, for the last 15 years I have worked with families with fertility challenges who are considering adoption as a path toward parenthood.

How did you get started in this business?
I believe that although we all have different experiences, beliefs and goals, most of us want peace, comfort and joy from our lives. I am committed to helping guide individuals, couples and families find their way to peace and joy.
