With all of the new tax changes and updates, I always prepare a return with the client's individual situations in mind. I try to help with any missing documents by contacting the company or health connector or by helping the client create accounts for IRS and DOR, etc. I enjoy preparing returns, difficult returns, easy returns, individual and business returns. I like getting to know clients and learning things about them, i.e. child on the way, buying or selling a house, taking in a loved one to care for, etc.; and not to just give them guidance for their next years return, but to have a connection with them....
