    Frequently asked questions

I generally meet with a new client, assess their legal needs, propose a group of solutions and the concommitant fee and expenses associated with each. Once agreed upon, I prepare a legal services fee agreement and prepare the documents in an interactive fashion and, once completed to the client's and my satisfaction, file and prosecute the case and see the same through to completion.
