ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!! Counseling in its self is passion! Our roots run deep and exploring them can feel overwhelming. Let's renew, rebuild, and explore your roots together so you can heal. It's time to walk into a new, clear day, give grace and show up for you! I offer hope, compassion, and understanding! As a previous military spouse and daughter of military members, I have experienced a lot of culture and worked with a lot of mental health needs. I look forward to meeting you soon.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer counseling to teens age(s) 12-17 and teletherapy options. The therapeutic relationship is very important to me and I want you to feel comfortable in exploring your options in a counselor. I focus on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused.
I offer a safe space where we can actively lean into finding your missing roots. I can help you find the authenticity and fulfillment you’ve been longing for.
I enjoy coming along side and helping to restore what may have been lost for a long time. Often times people are just searching for a connection, an understanding, a desire to be SEEN, and someone to say I GET IT. I often hear, I just need to find a "new me." I enjoy being able to help people explore and rediscover what they believed was not possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I like to see if we would be a good match. This is the reason the first session is a bit different from other sessions. In the first session we will get to know how counseling works, explore and establish goals, and get a better understanding of your needs and desires for your counseling experience.
