My process is to Contact them
ask them what type of colors and design they are looking for And what they would like the design to say
i create the design in a few hours of talking to them
I send them the draft design and send the customer updates consistently
i send the customer the finished product if the customer cannot get the design to work properly
I will make the customer a brand new design from scratch
thr customer can then use the design as they like
