Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin a series of mentoring, anger management or life coaching sessions with a new customer we conduct a personal health inventory. Together, we determine what really matters to our clients in their lives and what brings them a sense of joy and happiness. Clients are then asked to perform a self-evaluation of their physical, mental, emotional well-being and day-to-day life.
We provide a safe environment where people feel free to share openly about themselves. When our one-on-one/group coaching sessions are complete a client's perspective about her/his life improves and she/he leans more towards positive and empowering thoughts.
