What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first have a phone call with the potential client. In that call, I will ask questions about the person's financial situation to determine if bankruptcy is the right option for them. If they do qualify and it's a good course of action for them, I will inform them of the process and what they would need to gather in order to file. I then set up a date and time for them to come into the office.
