My primary focus is working with those with histories of trauma, depression, anxiety, illness, medical trauma, eating disorders, disability, and loss. My experience as both a counselor and speech therapist blend in a unique way providing a highly rational, holistic and integrative lens to help people resolve unconscious patterns that are holding them back.
