What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone calls me I schedule a time that works for them to meet. When they come to see me I have some basic paperwork for them to fill out.
I ask them questions to find out what they want to work on and what their history is.
I then begin to work with them on achieving their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Psychology and 25 years of experience.
I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Idaho.
I am a consultant in Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do accept some insurances and my initial assessment is $165.00. My on-going fee is $135.00 an hour.
How did you get started in this business?
Before I became a therapist I helped people find jobs. I wanted to be able to help people with other things besides just work issues.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with adolescents and adults who have anxiety, depression, any kind of trauma and abuse issues as well as doing couples counseling.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the person is licensed and if they do EMDR tha they are certified.

Think about what you want to accomplish in therapy.
