About
If anxiety keeps showing up in your life, it can start to feel confusing and exhausting—especially when you’re doing all the “right” things but still not feeling the relief you’re looking for.
I work with adults who want to better understand what’s underneath their anxiety, not just learn ways to cope with it. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that may be contributing to how anxiety shows up in your life—including areas such as panic, obsessive thoughts and behaviors (OCD), sleep difficulties, and the impact of past experiences or trauma.
As you begin to make sense of these patterns, many clients find they feel more in control, more at ease, and better able to respond to life in a way that feels aligned with who they are.
