I have had the pleasure of working with Richard for the last 15 years on various projects. I was a director of communications for an independent school for 10 years, and for the last five I've worked as a marketing consultant for higher education. What impresses me most about Richard is his ability to quickly gain a sense of the overall feel for a project even if I’m not quite sure how to articulate it. He listens carefully and suggests thoughtful design choices that are always engaging and well executed. Richard also understands very well the importance of tone and voice not only in text but also in design, which I believe to be a rare quality. Occasionally, I’ve had to involve my colleagues in the concept phase of a project. The Consulting Firm has been our go-to agency for the past five years and recently our law firm, The Law Firm of Boddie & Associates, LLC., needed a 360 re-brand. Mr. Harris did a comprehensive evaluation of where we are now and where we wanted to go and formulated a branding and marketing plan for our firm. He implemented a new design for our logo to bring it more current and recognizable, created new promotional materials for our marketing campaign which included: new business cards, company t-shirts, handouts and mailers, event banners and stands.
