About
Do you want to make changes in your life but don't know how or where to begin? Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed and as if you put one foot forward only to take several steps back? Are you experiencing sadness , worry or loss of any kind whether it be a separation, divorce, death of a family member or animal?
Together we can explore what has you feeling all these uncomfortable emotions and where they originated and how to change them.
Change isn't easy as I do not come from the perspective or believe in "slapping a band-aid on " .. I believe we need to actually clean out the wound so it will heal properly and not continue to become infected or bothersome.
I use Psychodynamic approaches mixed with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques. Life is a process, therapy is a process and there is no quick fix but we will get you to a better place in your life.
