I conduct an initial assessment to determine the needs and support of the client. I even offer a 15-minutes consult to determine the right therapy treatment

How did you get started in this business?
I earned my master's degree and worked with community agencies in Tampa, Florida. I have gained knowledge and experience working with children, adults, and teens, including seniors, in this time of crisis, and now operating my own private practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My past experience has been working with substance abuse with co-occurring disorders, families, children, and community agencies such as the juvenile detention centers, and seniors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
To discover that although, we are in the middle of a pandemic individuals still need mental health supportive services that are now conducted through telehealth. where many have expressed their gratitude for being able to support them at this present time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise the customer not only to look to hire a pro but also to interview the pro prior to hiring.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Request references of clients or customers that they have worked with in the past with positive or negative results.
