About
My approach with clients is to connect on a human level first. Everyone has a unique story and I'm a great listener. My down to earth personality and ability to gently challenge people has contributed to my success as a coach and counselor. I meet people where they're at but am not afraid to push them to reach their maximum potential. I've been where many of my clients have been so I know that a certain amount of balance is needed when coaching others.
I enjoy witnessing the "Ah-ha" moments and helping people craft an action plan that gets them excited! I love it when my clients know their worth and aren't afraid to dream big. I get great enjoyment when my clients realize they don't have to accept life as it is and that they can in fact craft their own realities.
