About
I love helping people navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s relationship break-ups and discontent, job and career frustrations, or moments of anxiety and general uncertainty. I’ve spent the last 25+ years studying the art and science of coaching individuals to achieve their desired outcome, and successfully navigate the messy parts.
I spent 12 years working as a Success Coach for a software company, worked individually with 100s of clients as they navigate their relationship crisises, supporting and offering solid advice to achieve successful outcomes. Additionally I work with a number of corporate clients who are working towards positive behavior change.
i believing in listening to your story, understanding your unique challenges, and working with you to achieve your desired goal.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what’s going on for them, and ask questions to make sure I understand the whole picture. What are their goals, what obstacles are they currently facing, and then together we come up with practical, in the now steps to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both my bachelors and masters training focused on well-being coaching from a multi-disciplinary approach. I’ve studied with a number of cutting edge practitioners to stay on top of emerging processes that help people be successful; this includes healthy relationships and communications, mindfulness, meditation, stress and anxiety management, EFT, Human Design, career development, and coaching for the creative individual.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I currently don’t.
How did you get started in this business?
After working in the medical field for a number of years, I began thinking there must be a better way and began interested in an emerging phrase; the mind, body, spirit or heart connection. I went to my local University and convinced them to allow me to put together an independent degree program to explore, research, and study the depth and breadth of this topic. At that time life coaching was not a field of study, but I put my heart and soul into understanding essential skills to be successful in this line of work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My client base is best described as diverse; doctors, financial advisors, day traders; professional individuals who are experts in their field, to college students trying to discover their authentic selves. I’ve worked with a number of corporate clients whose company offers individual coaching as a benifit, and clients in relationship crisis.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I played Mrs. Claus at a large entertainment center. It was an amazing heart opening experience. To me Mrs. Claus exemplifies unconditional love. I got to give so many hugs to complete strangers; it was a beautiful gift.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
if they offer a free intro, take advance of that time and see if they are a good fit. It’s important to have a coach that fits your personality and resonates with you. Be careful of coaches that offer BIG leaps in unrealistically short periods of time. Coaching is a powerful resource to support growth. Find someone who will offer practical guidance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do you think my story is important?
Do you have a plan before you’ve even talked to me?
Do you use a cookie cutter approach to your service?
Are you a person centered coach?
