John C. says, "I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Tiffany. She helped me tremendously in navigating and overcoming my health anxiety, and I am incredibly grateful for the impact she has had on my life.
My health anxiety was accompanied by a paralyzing fear that at times felt impossible to manage. She had such a remarkable ability to meet those fears with compassion and understanding, never making me feel weak, irrational, or unusual for experiencing them. Instead, she made me feel heard, validated, and safe.
She has a beautifully warm and kind presence, paired with a level of professionalism that immediately inspires trust. Soft-spoken yet clear, she was always steady, present, and such a calming force, especially when I was navigating some very difficult emotions and realizations.
She has a rare ability to help you feel that you are not alone in what you are experiencing, even when your fears feel overwhelming. I am profoundly grateful for her kindness, expertise, and the lasting difference she has made in my life.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking a therapist who combines exceptional professionalism with genuine compassion, understanding, and an extraordinary ability to make you feel safe while doing the difficult work of healing." Read more
