Mind and Heart Connections Therapy LLC is a private mental health counseling practice in Sarasota, FL opened by Jeremy Sitkowski. I specialize in compulsive sex, porn, and love behaviors, betrayal recovery for individuals and couples, and trauma work. I do more than just stop compulsive and addictive behaviors, I help clients get down to the roots of the problems. I am a LMHC and trained as a Certified Sex Addictions Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Couples Betrayal Recovery Therapist (CCBRT). I am also trained in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.

In addition to my specialties, I also work with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, spiritual abuse, emotional abuse, narcissism and trauma.
