About
My strategy is to provide options to help each and every person formulate a way to solve their debt problems. It often may include a remedy that differs from the services I provide, and that is okay as long as it helps to solve the financial problem. I tell folks I practice bankruptcy but I don't SELL it. If you need it, great. If you don't need it, that is great as well.
I really value preparation and providing "face time" with the clients so that they NEVER feel that they are treading along this road alone. My time investment may border on overloading the client with information but I prefer to afford them the knowledge that they NEVER feel like a "deer in the headlights."

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unless there is the need for an emergency filing, I meet with potential clients three (3) times before I file their case. I normally will overload them with information and attorney face time. I don't like worksheets and prefer to personally meet in person or telephone and prepare approximately one-half of the Bankruptcy Petition and Schedules in person. When it comes to the Bankruptcy process, I believe in any client behaving like a "deer in the headlights."
