My theme is "Hoping to become your remedy of Last Resort." I want to advise potential clients of all of their options, and if and only if Bankruptcy is the best option, the hope is they will hire me and solve their financial problem(s). If other solutions such as debt management or debt settlement are the better options, I'm more than happy to send them in that direction. While I've practiced Bankruptcy for 22 years, I don't sell Bankruptcy.
What makes my approach most successful is that I normally work backwards, meaning I start from assessing what can the creditors do to you to cause financial harm. Chances are that you might be "judgment proof" whereby Bankruptcy might not be necessary. I'm happy to share the good news even if I "lose" the business.
Any potential client can feel confident that I possess the skills and ability to point you in the right direction.

We are so pleased and happy with the outcome of our bankruptcy case. Mr. Duggar also handled our case during this pandemic and did a superb job! We highly recommend him! And believe us, you will not regret or be disappointed in hiring him as your Bankruptcy Attorney.
Unless there is the need for an emergency filing, I meet with potential clients three (3) times before I file their case. I normally will overload them with information and attorney face time. I don't like worksheets and prefer to personally meet in person or telephone and prepare approximately one-half of the Bankruptcy Petition and Schedules in person. When it comes to the Bankruptcy process, I believe in any client behaving like a "deer in the headlights."
