What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new customer, I like to have an initial talk and learn what the client needs. This will include assessing the primary issues as well as setting short-term, midterm, and long-term goals. Each client understands that he or she has my full attention. I appreciate every client and want to see each person become succesful in his or her personal, spiritual, academic, financial, and career goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained minister. I also have an Associate degree in Practical Ministry, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and a Masters in Education. I have over 30 plus years of successfully counseling individuals and families.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would encourage you to be ready to do honest self reflection and to be ready to set achievable goals.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think in terms of what you are trying to accomplish and it will help us to assist you.
