Pisan Mental Health Services
About
I believe in creating a non-judgmental and empathic environment where my clients feel safe and free to examine their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), to help my clients relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD, and learn to cope with difficult emotions such as pain, anger, shame, and guilt. I also use Hypnosis, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP,) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help my clients reduce and eliminate the effects of fears and phobias, childhood and adult trauma, treatment resistant depression (TRD) and addiction.
