Strong support for family issues; anger control; venting; grief. Therapeutic use of cognitive-behavioral therapy to increase client education, focus and self support. This therapist/psychologist has worked in a nonprofit for 18 years. My clientele were SED children and adults: homeless veterans and nuclear families with financial, health and mental disorders. I have used Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy; Rational-Emotive Therapy; Humanistic Therapy.

How did you get started in this business?
I became a family therapist in September 2001. My work included office and school-based therapy in a mental health center. In 2009, I began working with SED adult population, with veterans and Miami Rescue Mission, where I conducted therapy with the homeless. I am head of a multicultural household and have extensive experience with family issues; major depression; anger control; police violence.

I have worked with ex-cons; SED children; veterans; SED adults; homeless; conducted grief therapy; cognitive-behavioral therapy/marriage & family therapy/gestalt therapy and humanistic therapy.
