I excel in providing one-on-one transformational coaching and healthy weight loss program.My speciality is coaching professional women who face stress, being overwhelmed, burnout in the workplace and live a fulfilled & meaningful life. I help people develop objectives, plans and strategize ways to achieve them while maintaining positive practices and outlooks for life.
