About
I have been recommended by psychiatrists, therapist, and have worked in a clinical environment for almost 30 years, helping thousands radically change their lives by stopping habits (smoking, weight loss, anxiety, stress) and helping others with anxiety, PTSD, and sleep issues. I've had all of the above and have successfully worked through them. Now, I'm able to share my first-hand knowledge with you.
Every day I get to see the positive results manifesting in my client's lives. They laugh more, they appear more relaxed, I hear from clients who have quit habits for years (every year on their quit date), and I hear positive and loving feedback from those who have made considerable life changes that not only changed their lives, but changed the story they tell about their lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interview, chat about life, what makes you different. What makes you afraid in life. What brings you authentic you? Then I share a plan that will take the obstacles away from your complete happiness and peace, using hypnosis and life coaching. The process is not long, but many clients stay around for years getting a healthy dose of love once a week to keep their positive vibrations flowing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists for 30 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
1 session $125 ($25 off for Oct. and Nov. 2019)
3 sessions $$325 (-$50)
5 sessions $500 gets you a free session
How did you get started in this business?
I had trouble sleeping for 5 years and tried every method, finally landing on hypnosis. After hypnosis worked for me, I began to study it and reading every book I could find. Soon after that, I decided to study professionally in NYC. After receiving my certification I began a successful practice in Nashville, TN for 28 years. Now I'm practicing at Hypnosis on Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of people: from children to the elderly; to poor and wealthy; to people rife with fear and resistant to change; to people who didn't believe hypnosis could help; and, to addicts of all ages and types. What I believe is that we are all connected to each other in one intrinsic way: we all have fears. When we peel away the outer surface, we can find out how those fears are wired within our neural pathways and get to the root of the problem together, successfully!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A client came in after 3 years of stomach aches and sleep problems. After only one session, she described considerable sleep change and was able to eat full meals most of the next week. Her habit of taking her fear into her stomach and maintaining a constant battle in her mind was a habit she had to break. Hypnosis immediately helped her.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always look for a compassionate practitioner, first. Second, someone with a great deal of experience in many parts of the field. Lastly, though, if someone doesn't resonate with you, no matter how good they are as a practitioner, you will not get the best results. With hypnotherapy, you need to feel a certain sense of comfort, peace, and security to fall into a light sleep under a practitioner's auspices.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you want to get out of the session?
What is your primary concern?
What is your secondary concern?
Do you have any fears about the process that should be voiced?
What medications are you taking? Some medications can change the way a hypnotherapist works.
