About
I’ve been working in the mental health field for over nine years, helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship difficulties, childhood emotional wounds, burnout, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, practical, and insight-oriented, with a strong focus on understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you feel, relate to others, and see yourself. I especially enjoy working with clients who want to explore childhood emotional neglect, mother wounds, boundaries, self-worth, and recurring relationship patterns. My goal is to create a supportive and honest space where you can gain clarity, develop healthier ways of coping, and make meaningful changes that feel sustainable in everyday life.
