Invigorate Counseling, LLC
About
Hi, I am Dr. Howard but feel free to call me Lindsay!
I can remember feeling like no one understood what I was going through. I felt alone, lost, and that my world was shattered into a million pieces. Asking for help was hard, but I am so glad I did! The positive transformation that occurred during my therapeutic process is why I chose to become a clinical psychologist.
I understand the theories and techniques; however, what makes me different is the feelings you are experiencing I have likely felt myself so I understand.
I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of the individual in a safe and supportive setting that promotes exploration, acceptance, and change. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop a treatment plan that addresses their problems effectively. We jointly achieve treatment goals by utilizing evidence-based treatments.
I provide online counseling/telehealth throughout the state of Florida; regardless of where you reside I can help!
I do not consider what I do work. I truly love being a clinical psychologist and helping people on this journey called life. I enjoy teaching people the tools and skills they need, so they no longer need my services, and go on to live a happier and fulfilled life.
