I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida for over 20 years. I am also a certified yoga instructor. I have a vast range of experience in community mental health, substance abuse treatment and private clinical practice. I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves and I would be honored to help you do so. I address anxiety, stress, depression, addictions, anger management, grief/loss, life coaching and spirituality. I look foward to assisting you move forward in life feeling positive and in control.
